There have been plenty of rumors regarding the album being pushed back and even pushed up but last night during a performance in Miami (at the 2:30 mark) J. Cole spoke to the crowd and told them the album is complete and it will be out in 4 weeks. Depending on how u count the 4 weeks, we're looking...
